We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Consultants to help us build up our business activities.

Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction for our real estate projects.

Job Description:

  1. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media 
  2. Set up site-visit meetings with potential clients and demonstrate our real estate properties
  3.  Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences 
  4.  Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections 
  5.  Collaborate with team members to achieve better results 
  6.  Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams 
  7.  Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements and lease contracts 
  8.  Coordinating the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received 
  9.  Facilitate arrangements to give buyers the view of a property before concluding a sales deal. 
  10.  Liaising with brokers in your region to build better contacts to improve sales pipelines.
  11. Co-ordinate with sales team efficiently to convert each marketing lead into sales 
  12.  Work actively on achieving sales targets
